Every Body Eat was seeing high growth across channels especially in retail, but was failing to achieve that same success on Amazon while working with a large agency. After their first year on Amazon they knew they needed to find the right partner to help bring their brand to life on Amazon and help them achieve the growth they were looking for.
SOLUTION

Every Body Eat decided to switch to LaunchPlan Analytics to help them grow their Amazon business. LaunchPlan conducted a deep dive into their brand and re-launched their Amazon brand page, updated their A+ content, and updated their titles and product descriptions. They also discovered the lack of negative keywords set and keywords that were not being optimized to reduce spend so we created a new keyword strategy focused on the highest converting customer types. Additionally, they increased the ad spend budget during months when customers were shopping for their product and focused on driving customers from intro packs to larger pack sizes after their first initial purchase.
RESULTS

As a result of the optimizations made by LaunchPlan Analytics, Every Body Eat doubled their revenue and nearly cut their ACOS in half within one year. The data-driven approach of focusing on customer behavior and loyalty led to a significant increase in both revenue and spend efficiency.
